Custom Design Process

Custom design consultations require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated project cost. This deposit is applied toward the final cost of the piece. All custom design work is subject to the following terms:

• Design concepts and revisions are included in the quoted price
• Final payment is due upon completion of the piece
• Due to the custom nature of the work, custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect
• Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by material availability, design complexity, or other factors
• We are not responsible for resizing issues that may occur due to natural changes in finger size

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax or shipping charges, which will be added to your order at checkout. We accept cash, major credit cards, personal checks, and financing options for larger purchases.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase for in-stock items. For special orders and custom work, a deposit may be required with the balance due upon completion or delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer various shipping options for your convenience. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at checkout. All shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed information about our return and exchange procedures. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Gary Blanchard Jewelers in advance.

Repairs and Services

Repair and maintenance services are provided "as-is" and we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions. We are not liable for loss or damage to stones, settings, or other materials that are inherent to the age or condition of the piece.

For safety and security reasons, we recommend that you remove stones from rings before bringing them in for sizing or other repairs. We are not responsible for stones that become loose or fall out during the repair process if they were already compromised.
